I did find some good info at the Microsoft website and it goes like this. So, being the inquisitive guy I am (and getting paid for it) I did what most of us do when stumped.googled it. Looked like it was logging on ok, said welcome, then went to signing off mode immediately. I work with laptops and pc's in my job and this was the first time I encountered it. I was getting this error message too and was really befudled.
